About

Welcome! My name is Laura. I'm the blogger behind PALEOGANG and I'm so glad you found my blog I'm originally from Ohio, and now live in Tampa, Fl. I have two grown children Krystal and Bryan which I use them to test out my new recipes. I use their feedback to determine which recipes to keep, tweak, or throw out. I started PALEOGANG in July 2015 as a hobby while working full-time at a car dealership. I'm hopefully planning to do this blog for a long time so one day I can stay home and do this full-time. I will be starting new at this lifestyle so I hope you enjoy my journey. Slowly beginning to change my eating habits, exercising, and knowledge about healthy living. At PALEOGANG I will have recipes from myself and other people which may be paleo-friendly, sugarfree, soyfree, glutenfree and dairyfree.
